Pro-Touring 1969 Pontiac Firebird

Perry Dillingham brought his Pro-Touring 1969 Firebird to Top Speed Cincy for a performance transformation. This iconic muscle car was due for a new longblock and an upgraded engine operating system to enhance both power and reliability. Our team worked closely with Perry to design and execute a build that would bring modern performance to his classic vehicle while maintaining its timeless appeal.

The heart of this build lies in a meticulously assembled Texas-Speed 408c.i. short block, paired with top-tier components to maximize efficiency and horsepower. With precision and attention to detail, we created a machine that delivers outstanding performance on the road and at the track.

Crafting Performance Excellence

Every aspect of this Firebird’s engine was chosen to optimize performance without sacrificing reliability. High-flow Trick Flow cylinder heads and a BTR LS3 stage IV camshaft work together to ensure maximum airflow and power output. The Nick Williams 103mm throttle body and Carbon pTR Intake Manifold further enhance the engine’s efficiency, while the advanced Holley Terminator X Max operating system brings state-of-the-art control and tuning capabilities.
